The following information will explain our procedures and guidelines for requesting a charitable donation for your group.
1. All donation requests must be submitted in writing by U.S. Mail at least twelve (12) weeks prior to your event. Please mail your request to:

2. All written requests must be submitted on your organization's official letterhead and should include:
· Name & Address of Organization
· Type & Purpose of Event
· Location, Date, Time & Attire of Event
· Contact's Full Name & Phone Number
· Copies of W-9 & 501C-3 Certificates
3. Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive, the fulfillment process can sometimes be lengthy. Please be patient with us as we sort through the requests that we receive daily.
Organizations within the state of Florida and the Central Florida region will be given first priority to receive support from Daytona International Speedway, depending upon the nature and scope of the event.
