More than 600 cyclists invaded the historic grounds of Daytona International Speedway
More than 600 cyclists invaded the historic grounds of Daytona International Speedway - "The World Center of Racing" - as part of the 14th annual Bike Florida cycling event.
The stop at DIS is part of a weeklong "Fun Coast Tour" which will start and finish in DeLand, looping 300+ miles north into Flagler County and back. Daily rides average 40 to 60 miles.
Cyclists participating in Bike Florida come from over 40 states, Canadian provinces and from Puerto Rico.
Next up at Daytona International Speedway will be Daytona KartWeek by Cometic Gasket on April 13-15 and the Pepsi 400 Weekend on July 5-7.
