DAYTONA BEACH , Fla. (Feb. 10, 2009) – Families from faith communities, neighborhoods, and social organizations can celebrate 10 years of Camping World Truck Series racing during the 10th annual NextEra Energy Resources 250 on Friday night, Feb. 13th in conjunction with a special Family Night ticket promotion offered by Daytona International Speedway.

Children 12 and under are admitted free with purchase of the $55 Family Night ticket that puts fans in the special, alcohol and tobacco free family section located in the Keech Tower grandstands.

Additionally, fans that purchase one of the special $55 Family Night tickets will also be admitted to the Sprint FANZONE prior to the start NextEra Energy Resources 250 and will have the unique opportunity to hear legendary NFL coach and NASCAR team owner Joe Gibbs speak at 5 p.m. A portion of each Family Night ticket sale will go to support the Joe Gibb’s “Youth for Tomorrow” organization.

The NextEra Energy Resources 250 will kick off the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series season and will feature a star-studded field including defending race winner Todd Bodine, 2008 Camping World Truck Series champion Johnny Benson, 2003 race winner Rick Crawford, Supercross champion Ricky Carmichael and Sprint Cup Series star Kyle Busch.
