Parking for the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA is pretty straight forward. You can find all the official parking info and maps here, but there are a few things that are helpful to know. Parking options are terrific for this event as no options, whether in the infield or right outside the stadium, require much travel time.
Traffic and Peak times
Thursday and Friday are a bit unpredictable, but in general there will be less traffic. Saturday is a different story. This year the race will start at 2:40 PM. People like to make a day of it, so there will be traffic early, but it will really ramp up around 10:00AM, staying busy until race time. Once the race starts, traffic is constant until it gets dark. On Sunday, traffic eases up throughout the morning until the race ends.
This option makes for the easies access to the race as you are within easy walking distance of all the exciting action. Parking passes are required to park in the infield and are sold out.
Finding your infield spot
If you do have an infield pass, make sure you stick to your designated areas. There will be ample signage and, if you get turned around, there will be several helpful parking attendants that can help point you in the right direction.
The option to use if you don’t have an infield parking pass, DAYTONA provides guests with multiple free parking options. General free daily parking will be in the Lots 4 and 5, located outside of Turn 4.
Once you park outside of Turn 4, access to Sprint FANZONE is made easy. Simply walk through the Turn 4 tunnel and, once inside, you will find an Infield Shuttle Bus pick-up/drop-off location on the right by the Guest Services Booth. After boarding the shuttle, you will be dropped off near the entrance to Sprint FANZONE.
