The inaugural Country 500 drew 75,000 fans over three fun and sun-filled days to Daytona International Speedway turning the “World Center of Racing” into the World Center of Entertainment. Just as during major races, Festival-goers had the opportunity to camp on the infield in RVs and tents, creating a festival within the Festival.
