Tickets are now on sale for the ninth annual Taste of the 24 Presented by Latitude Margaritaville, Minto Communities and Consolidated-Tomoka Land Co. The NASCAR Foundation will again host the annual fundraising celebration on Saturday, Jan. 27 at Daytona International Speedway, during the 56th running of the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA sports car endurance classic, one of the premier kick-off events of the 2018 motorsports season.
With this event, guests will again enjoy an unrivalled dining experience featuring local restaurant’s fare in the Midway Suites of the world’s only motorsports stadium. From 6 p.m.-10 p.m., there will be a sampling of menu items from more than 24 area restaurants amid the backdrop of the season-opening events on the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship schedule. Proceeds benefit The NASCAR Foundation’s programs that support medical care for children.
“The Central Florida community anticipates Taste of the 24 as the premier taste event of the year,” said The NASCAR Foundation Executive Director Nichole Krieger. “We are excited to welcome Latitude Margaritaville, Minto Communities and Consolidated-Tomoka Co. as this year’s presenting sponsor for the event and are grateful for their support of our efforts to enhance the delivery of medical care to children in our NASCAR communities across the country.”
“The Taste of the 24 is a great way to enjoy America’s most prestigious sports car race as well as support The NASCAR Foundation and its mission to positively impact the lives of children,” Daytona International Speedway President Chip Wile said. “From the fine foods and competitive racing that comes with the event, the Taste of the 24 will be a popular ticket for guests making their plans to attend the Rolex 24.”
An all-inclusive ticket at $105 includes an opportunity to taste delicacies from the area’s finest restaurants, enjoy live entertainment, a weekend pass to the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA with UNOH Fanzone access and a chance to win a Rolex watch. Tickets for children ages 12-and-under are $24. Visit www.NASCARFoundation.org/taste24 for more details.

About Daytona International Speedway
Daytona International Speedway is the world’s only motorsports stadium and was awarded the SportsBusiness Journal’s prestigious Sports Business Award for Sports Facility of the Year in 2016. Daytona International Speedway is the home of "The Great American Race” – the DAYTONA 500. Though the season-opening Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series event garners most of the attention – as well as the largest audience in motorsports – the approximately 500-acre motorsports complex, also known as the “World Center of Racing,” boasts the most diverse schedule of racing on the globe. In addition to at least nine major event weekends, the Speedway grounds are also used extensively for events that include concerts, civic and social gatherings, car shows, photo shoots, production vehicle testing and police motorcycle training.
