Access to the following disabled assistance services at the Speedway are available to any Guest that identifies that they are disabled. The Guest & a companion may step in line, in the order that they arrived, for accessing that service. NO further proof of a Guest’s disability or a pass may be requested.
Assistance Golf Carts Access
Should the disabled Guest need assistance from a location other than an information booth, a member of the Guest’s family may go to the nearest information booth and request a cart for assistance. The family member may then line up in the order that they arrived at the booth and then when their cart arrives be transported to the disabled Guest’s location for transport assistance.
At peak times, delays may be expected due to the volume of Guests in line for transport, the number of pedestrians and other vehicles the carts must share the pathways with, particularly post race when cart operations are restricted in certain areas for all Guests safety. As soon as the safe-to-return-to-full-operation notice is issued by security, carts change from limited routes to full operation and will continue to run until all Guests in queue have been assisted.
Elevator Access
Some seating is accessible via elevator service. If an elevator goes to the Guest’s ticketed seating area, the Guest and a companion may access that elevator. Should an elevator attendant identify that the elevator is restricted for certain Guests use, a Guest may identify that they are disabled and by our policies no further proof of that disability or a pass may be requested.
