Q: What is the limit on the # of tickets I can purchase at this special price?
A: There is no limit.  As many (or few) as you need

Q: How do I purchase?
A: To purchase call 1-800- PITSHOP and mention the preferred employer offer.  Also please provide your company name so we can make sure to thank them for their participation in our program

Q: Where do I park?
A: Free parking is provided in Lot 7 located off of Bill France Blvd and Clyde Morris Blvd.  There is also paid parking located around the Speedway property

Q: Is bus transportation available?
A: Currently we are working on a program to provide bus transportation to and from the Speedway leaving from Orlando.  Please call our travel group at 1-800-PITSHOP for additional details

Q: Can I bring in my own food & drinks
A: Absolutely!  Once you have purchased your ticket there are no additional costs to you!  Bring in a soft-sided cooler filled with drinks and snacks (yes, including alcohol if you prefer); just no glass containers.  Visit our website for a full list of items permitted inside the gates and size restrictions

Q: Does the one ticket get you in for the whole day, both races?
A: Yes, both the Brumos Porsche 250 and Coke Zero 400 on Saturday, July 4th

Q: When should I arrive?
A: Gates open at 8:00am on Saturday, July 4th.  We recommend arriving as early as possible to really live up your Daytona experience.  Early breakfast tailgate followed by a trip to the Sprint FANZONE where you can watch some driver interviews, inspection stations, airing of RaceDay Live on the SPEED stage, shopping, eating at the Budweiser Bistro and so much more!  Once you have finished in Sprint FANZONE head over to the Midway for entertainment, interactive displays, sponsor give-a-ways and of course don’t forget the action on the track including the Brumos Porsche 250 Grand AM Rolex Series race at 2:00pm and the Coke Zero 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series at 8:00pm.  In between events head over to the Pre-Race area for driver intros and make sure to sign the start/finish line!

Q: Does the employer need to organize the group? Sign people up, collect the money and distribute the tickets?
A: No, we just ask any business participating in the program to simply pass along any information on to the employees.  No hooks or obligations.

Q: Is the offer good for all employees and their families?
A: Yes

Q: Where are the seats located?
A: Seats are located on the Frontstretch in either Lockhart Grandstands (near Turn 1) or Oldfield Grandstands (near Turn 4)

Q: Can I put tickets on hold and purchase at a later date?

Q: If I am unable to attend the race what is the return policy?
A: We do have a no refund or exchange policy however we do offer ticket insurance which covers a variety of reasons that could prevent you from attending.  Visit www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/insurance for additional information

Q: Once you have entered the grandstands, are you able to enter and exit as you please, throughout the day?
A: Yes, upon exiting make sure to collect a return pass for re-entry

Q: Can you contact us with special offers to other events?
A: Yes, as a participating business in our program the HR dept will automatically be notified of any new and upcoming offers/events
