ARE THERE STILL TICKETS AVAILABLE AND IF SO, WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THEM?

Tickets are available at the Speedway Ticket Office (open seven days a week, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m.; extended hours during special events) located outside Turn 4. Tickets are also available online or by calling the Speedway Ticket Office at 1-800-PIT-SHOP between the hours of 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. daily. The Speedway Ticket Office is located at 1801 W. International Speedway Boulevard, Daytona Beach, FL 32114.

WHERE IS THE TICKET OFFICE LOCATED AT DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY?

The main ticket office is located outside of Turn 4 near the Oldfield Grandstands. Ticket booths are open on property on race days at the following locations: Frontstretch Behind the DePalma Grandstand Behind the Roberts Grandstand (select race days) Behind the Lockhart Grandstand Backstretch (DAYTONA 500 race day only)

All Sales Final - No Refunds - No Exchanges The date and time of the Event(s) listed are subject to change by Daytona International Speedway and/or the sanctioning body of the particular Event. Holder assumes responsibility for verifying the dates and times of the Event(s) prior to travel or other arrangements in connection with the Event(s).

WHAT IF A RACE IS POSTPONED?

We will make every effort to run the event during its scheduled day and time. If an event is postponed, Daytona International Speedway and the sanctioning body will work together to determine a rescheduled date as close to the original day as possible. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket you purchased will be honored on the date the race is held. While it’s rare, there is always a chance for a delayed or postponed event so we do encourage guests to consider this when making travel arrangements. WHERE CAN I PARK TO ATTEND RACE EVENTS?

FREE parking is available in Daytona International Speedway’s parking lots, providing free shuttle service to and from the Speedway before and after the race.

Frontstretch ticket holders are encouraged to park in Lot 7, while Lot 10 is recommended for Backstretch ticket holders. Lot 10 is only open the day of the DAYTONA 500. Lot 7 (Frontstretch ticket holders) is located on the corner of Bill France Blvd. and Clyde Morris Blvd. Lot 10 (Backstretch ticket holders) is located on the Southeast corner of Williamson Blvd. and Bellevue Extension.

FREE motorcycle parking is available outside of Turn 4. The lot is located on the immediate left after entering the Speedway at the intersection of Richard Petty Blvd. and Midway Blvd.

HOW DO I ACCESS FREE SPEEDWAY PARKING LOTS DURING RACE EVENTS?

The Speedway, Daytona Beach Police and Florida Highway Patrol offer the following directions and recommendations:

Lot 7 (Frontstretch ticket holders – Oldfield, DePalma, Weatherly, Campbell, Roberts, Segrave, Keech, Lockhart grandstands and Sprint, Petty & Earnhardt Towers)

From the North (Jacksonville)
• I-95 South to US-1 (exit 273)
• South on US-1 to S.R. 40 (Granada Blvd.)
• West (right) on S.R. 40 to Clyde Morris Blvd.
• Clyde Morris Blvd. South to Parking Lot 7

From the South (Melbourne)
• I-95 to LPGA Blvd. (exit 265)
• LPGA Blvd. East to Clyde Morris Blvd.
• Clyde Morris South to Parking Lot 7

From the East (Daytona Beach Area)
• From A1A take any one of the area's bridges to US-1
• US-1 to Mason Ave.

During peak traffic ingress times traffic may be directed to Clyde Morris Blvd. and then to Bellevue Ext.

WHERE IS THE DISABLED PARKING LOT?

In order to accommodate guests needing mobility assistance, please follow these guidelines for designated disabled parking: An authorized sticker or placard is required to park in designated accessible areas. Guests who have purchased reserved wheelchair and/or companion seats will receive parking passes for a reserved accessible parking area in close proximity to their grandstand. In addition there are general accessible parking areas available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Lots include:

Daytona International Speedway Tours and Ticket Office (Lot 1A)

Parking area West of the building, is reserved for guests who purchase accessible wheelchair seating in the Frontstretch grandstands. A free reserved parking pass is issued by Ticketing to those purchasing wheelchair seat positions in the grandstands.

Frontstretch (Turn 1 Plaza)

Located behind the Petty, Roberts, Segrave, Keech and Lockhart Grandstands. Enter off International Speedway Boulevard just east of Williamson Blvd. Traffic enforcement will allow vehicles to exit immediately post race to the West on International Speedway Blvd towards I-95.

Backstretch (Lot 6)

Located inside Gate 50 off Midway Blvd

Lot 10 on the South side of the airport (open DAYTONA 500 Sunday)

Enter from Williamson Blvd. Free wheelchair accessible bus transportation is provided to Backstretch Bus Plaza, adjacent to the Turn 2 tram plaza for easy access to the Frontstretch and Sprint FANZONE areas.

HOW DO I EXIT FREE SPEEDWAY PARKING LOTS AFTER THE RACE?

After the race, listen to 93.1FM Coast Country for traffic updates before exiting the parking lots. Daytona Beach Police Dept and The Florida Highway Patrol recommend you access the fastest and least congested routes to the north, west and south of the Speedway by heading east to Nova Road (Rte 5A). From Nova Road you can go north or south to US 1 and access I-95 and I-4 at several different locations.

WHAT ARE THE TRAM ROUTES AROUND DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY?

The Speedway provides FREE tram service between the Frontstretch, Backstretch and Sprint FANZONE to assist guests. Trams run continuously starting approximately one hour prior to Sprint FANZONE opening time until approximately two hours post-race or until the tram queue is empty.

West Tram Route

• Turn 1 Tram Plaza to Turn 2 Tram Plaza

• Turn 2 Tram Plaza to Turn 1 Tram Plaza

East Tram Route (DAYTONA 500 only)

• Turn 3 Tram Plaza to Turn 4 Tram Plaza

Sprint FANZONE Tram Route (Guests must have Infield Admission or Sprint FANZONE/Pre-Race Pass to board the tram)

• Sprint FANZONE Tram Plaza to Turn 1 Tram Plaza

• Sprint FANZONE Tram Plaza to Turn 2 Tram Plaza

• Turn 1 Tram Plaza to Sprint FANZONE Tram Plaza

The Infield Shuttle Bus runs along Lake Lloyd Road with multiple stops including Sprint FANZONE.

HOW DO I ACCESS TRAFFIC UPDATES DURING EVENT WEEKENDS?

Turn your radio dial to Daytona’s NASCAR Connection – 93.1FM KRO Country before and after the event for the latest traffic information.

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) offers advice navigating Florida roadways on the way to the DAYTONA 500 by dialing 511, Florida’s free traffic information system. Information available through the 511 system includes travel delays, traffic crashes, roadway blockages and lane closures. Once in the Daytona area, callers can get detailed regional information on roads leading to the Speedway, such as I-4 and I-95. WHAT CAN I BRING INTO THE GRANDSTANDS AT DAYTONA?

Fans may enter with:

One soft-sided cooler, no larger than 14 X 14 X 14 inches.

Coolers of this size typically have a removable plastic liner and are branded to hold 24-36 cans of Coca-Cola or other beverages. The soft sided insulated cooler may contain ice.

One lightweight backpack similar to those used by school students, to accommodate cameras, radio scanners, and souvenirs.

Note: Fans are allowed to bring in one each of the bags described above.

Binoculars, scanners, headsets, cameras, not in a bag, worn separately over the neck or on the belt and seat cushions carried separately are also allowed.

Strollers are allowed to enter the admission gates and may be secured under the grandstands out of pedestrian and emergency exit ways. No strollers in the seating areas.

Seat cushion bags with compartments will be reviewed on an individual basis. All items brought through a grandstand gate will be inspected.

The following may not enter the admission gates:

Firearms, Fireworks and items restricted by Local, State or Federal laws

Hard-sided coolers, thermos and insulated cups of any size. Items restricted by track policy: Umbrellas Any bags, backpacks, or containers larger than the allowed size. None of the above-restricted items may be left in or around the gate area. (The above are subject to change without notice).

WHERE CAN I SMOKE AT DAYTONA?

As a direct result of fan feedback, all grandstands at Daytona International Speedway are now smoke free. We provide designated smoking areas throughout the property where our fans who smoke may continue to do so. These locations are clearly marked with signage. Please see an Usher or Grandstand Security officer for assistance with directions to the nearest Designated Smoking area.

WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY CONTACT INFO AT DAYTONA?

In the case of an emergency, contact a Speedway representative immediately at extension 3333, (386)681-3333 or call (386)681-6755. If you observe illegal or otherwise inappropriate activity, please contact a Speedway representative. Only in emergency situation will the Speedway attempt to page guests. All paging is coordinated through Speedway Security (Note: Non-emergency pages cannot be accommodated and paging is not done during an event.)

WHERE ARE THE FIRST AID STATIONS LOCATED?

First Aid Stations are located throughout the grandstands and infield. A fully staffed Infield Care Center is positioned inside the Speedway, as well as outside the Frontstretch at the base of the City's pedestrian bridge. See the facility map for First Aid Station locations or stop by the nearest information centers for directions.

WHERE CAN I GO TO LOCATE A LOST ITEM?

Lost and Found is located at the DIS Ticket & Tours Building Guest Services Desk, located outside the Turn 4 tunnel. Any lost items should be taken to this location as quickly as possible. If an item is lost please visit this location to notify a Guest Services representative who will contact you when/if the item is found. Guests may visit this location to find out if items have been turned in or to report items that they have lost. The Guest Service desk can be reach at (386) 681-6530 and is open daily at approximately 9am and closes one hour after the race, except for the day of the DAYTONA 500, when it closes two hours after the race.

ARE CHILD SAFETY/IDENTIFICATION WRISTBANDS AVAILABLE?

Free child safety and identification wristbands (with space to list the child's name, your pre-selected meeting location, the parent/guardian's name and telephone number, medical and other key information) are available at Guest Information Centers and DIS Tours & Ticket Building Guest Services Desk.
