Renewal Details

There's a new system to renew your Speedweeks Presented By AdventHealth tickets! To access your account, please use your Account ID as your login. You will find your Account ID and temporary password on your invoice and you should receive an email with that information.

Ready to renew your tickets? Follow the instructions below!

Step 1: For your first time logging in, use your ACCOUNT NUMBER and TEMPORARY PASSWORD provided in your renewal invoice, email or by calling 1-800-PITSHOP.

Step 2: Update your password and account information. You will use your email address and new password as your login information in the future.

Step 3: Select your payment plan. You can choose to pay in full now, pay half now and half later or the four payment flex plan.

Step 4: Select your delivery method. You can select mail, FedEx or to pick up your tickets at Will Call. Click on order details under your ticket item to see the location of your seats and more information on your order. You can choose to move your seats during the relocation and upgrade period by call 1-800-PITSHOP on June 6-7.

Step 5: Select your payment method. Using the drop down, you can add a credit card to your digital wallet that you can use to pay for your tickets. You can also choose to add a different credit card to pay for your other payments if you chose a payment plan.

Step 6: Scroll down to additional information and add your email address and mobile device where you will receive your order confirmation. Review your details to make sure everything is correct before submitting your renewal.

Step 7: You'll receive your renewal and payment confirmation. Your confirmation number is located on the top left and you can see all of your payment schedule below as well as your delivery method. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact us at 1-800-PITSHOP.

FLEX PLAN:

Renew by the May 31, 2019 renewal deadline and lock in your tickets for Speedweeks Presented By AdventHealth! Spread your total payment over four installments with the final payment due on September 1, 2019.

HALF NOW, HALF LATER PLAN:

Pay only half now and the other half will be automatically charged September 1, 2019.

Payment plans available using Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express only.

Access to the UNOH Fanzone entertainment space in the heart of the infield includes:

• Views overlooking the action in the NASCAR Cup Series garages

Access to the ballfield and track for pre-race ceremonies:

• Up close access during walk-out driver introductions

Space is limited and will fill up! Customers with parking passes in 2019 will have first right of refusal to renew their parking.

Take advantage of early access to purchase parking for renewals customers! Lot 4 parking is located outside Turn 4 for Speedweeks Presented By AdventHealth events.

Strictly daily car parking ONLY. No overnight parking. No RVs, 5th wheel vehicles or over-sized vehicles of any kind will be permitted.
