“The World Center of Racing” will host the Coke Zero 400 Weekend Powered By Coca-Cola Weekend on July 2-4 highlighted by the 51^st annual Coke Zero 400 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race under the lights on Saturday night, July 4.

 

Joe Gibbs Racing’s Kyle Busch will try to defend his Coke Zero 400 title and join Fireball Roberts, A.J. Foyt, Cale Yarborough, David Pearson and Tony Stewart as the sixth driver to notch back-to-back victories in the mid-summer classic.

 

Also part of the tripleheader of races scheduled on Independence Day weekend at DIS is the Winn-Dixie 250 Powered By Coca-Cola NASCAR Nationwide Series race on Friday, July 3 and the Brumos Porsche 250 Rolex Sports Car Series event on Thursday, July 2.

 

The Winn-Dixie 250 Powered By Coca will feature NASCAR’s rising stars in the Nationwide Series as well as many moonlight Sprint Cup Series drivers. The Brumos Porsche 250 will feature the best road racers from Grand-Am’s Rolex Sports Car Series battling the twists and turns of the 3.56-mile road course in a sports car sprint race.

 

In addition to all the racing on the track, there will be plenty of activities off the track for race fans to check out. From top notch entertainment to driver appearances and autograph sessions, the excitement of Daytona International Speedway will be non-stop.
