20”-21” stadium seats come complete with comfortable seat backs, armrests, and cupholders for the first time in DAYTONA history. In addition, rows will be shorter, making for easier access to and from your seat.
Seating will be located higher than ever before as the stadium is extended to allow for views that rival those of race team spotters. In fact, the front row will be moved up to improve trackside views. A new PA system will allow all fans to enjoy race play-by-play and track announcements
The expansive, well-appointed new concourses at Daytona International Speedway present an innovative addition to the racing experience. Countless upgrades await the world’s best race fans as the number of restrooms have doubled, while concessions and merchandise points of sale have tripled in the now 90-foot wide covered concourse areas.
A longtime fan-favorite, the Midway, has been relocated to a more fan-friendly location directly behind the new stadium. The massive area still remains a major hub of fan activity leading up to the green flag with a multitude of entertainment options lining the space, including sponsors’ displays and plentiful concession options.
Five massive fan injectors, each with a unique atmosphere, will greet fans as they enter into the new DAYTONA International Speedway. DAYTONA’s Founding Partners, Chevrolet, Florida Hospital, Sunoco and Toyota will each be represented at one of these entrances. Fans can expect to find thousands of square feet of engagement and entertainments in these spaces.
Daytona International Speedway will provide FREE Wi-Fi coverage in several areas, including the stadium concourses, Midway, the ball field and Sprint FANZONE.
A complete retooling of the vertical transportation has made Daytona International Speedway the most accessible stadium in the country. 40 frontstretch escalators are the most of any outdoor stadium in the United States, while 17 elevators assure that all fans can experience a race day at DAYTONA without breaking a sweat.
The stadium boasts 60 brand-new, trackside luxury suites that offer the perfect place to entertain family, friends, co-workers, and clients. Enjoy climate-controlled lounges filled with flat screen televisions before heading to the outdoor patios featuring wider seating and spectacular views of the track; all in a location to experience the energy, sights, and sounds of a DAYTONA race day. The brand-new Trioval Club provides fans with an affordable option that features an open-air bar and patio area, while overlooking the Midway and International Speedway Boulevard.
FPL Solar Circuit
The FPL Solar Pavilion and FPL Solar Patio, both of which are canopy-like structures that will offer shade and free Wi-Fi for race fans, along with FPL Solar Park, will collectively consist of more than 7,000 solar panels generating 2.1 megawatts of zero-emissions energy. The three solar structures will be located in the Midway, Sprint FANZONE and Lot 10 parking area.
