Any DAYTONA veteran will tell you that you haven’t truly experienced the "World Center of Racing" until you’ve loaded your gear, called up your closest friends and set up camp somewhere in the 180-acre infield.
Here’s how to best prepare yourself for a Bike Week camping experience unlike any other.
With your daily admission ticket, you can tent camp inside DAYTONA’s legendary infield for $10.00 in advance or $15.00 at the gate! If tent camping isn’t your style, additional camping options, including RV spaces, are available. No matter your set-up, you can make a temporary home alongside stunning views of the “World Center of Racing.”
With daily admission, two five-day packages and a full ten-day package available, there’s a good fit for anyone looking to kick back, relax and enjoy all the action of the 78th annual Bike Week.
If you’re looking for an ideal, easily accessible place to store your motorcycle trailer during Bike Week, you can leave your trailer just outside of Turn 1 in GEICO Park West for just $100, no camp site or event tickets required. If you are already planning to camp in our infield, trailer parking is just $25!
Know what you can and can’t bring
Before you arrive, be sure to take a look at our infield policies to learn what you can bring with you to DAYTONA. Some examples are listed below.
- Cars, trucks, sleep and canopy tents, pop-up campers, trailers and pull-behind units are permitted. Please note: None of these items can exceed 8ft in height or 20ft in length.
- Weapons, fireworks and illegal substances, drones, skateboards, scooters, unpermitted golf carts, bicycles and more are not permitted in the infield.
Things to consider with an RV
RVs can only enter through the Turn 1 tunnel, so be sure to plan accordingly. The Turn 1 tunnel can be accessed by entering through Gate 40, located off of International Speedway Blvd. on S Williamson Blvd.
We have RV sites with and without hook-ups for the first five days, second five days, or all 10 days of Bike Week. Your RV pass also includes a tow pass. You don’t have to tow a car and can drive it in, but that tow pass will be the pass for that vehicle. If the tow pass will be used for a vehicle, that vehicle does NOT need to come in at the same time as the RV.
RV Pumping, private restroom delivery and water delivery services will be on property and provided by United Site Services throughout Bike Week.
Lastly, if you’re using a generator please be mindful of people around you, both for noise and carbon monoxide. Just be sure to keep your site well-ventilated.
The average high temperature for the week is around 74 degrees, with an average low in the 50’s. Over the years, there have certainly have been extremes in both directions, so be sure to check the weather before you go. It’s not uncommon for your clothing needs in a weekend to range from shorts and flip flops to a nice coat and rain gear.
Remember, because you’ll be here for multiple days, the weather is likely to - and often does - change. If you are in need of clothing or gear, make a stop at the Motorcycle Marketplace in the Midway located outside the venue gates along the frontstretch.
UNOH Fanzone and Trackside Access
While you're staying in the infield, you'll be just a short walk from the UNOH Fanzone, where you can enjoy music and fun, food and drink all right within view of pit road! If you plan attending DAYTONA Supercross on March 9, for just $20 plus your ticket you can upgrade to trackside access, giving you an up-close view of the high-flying action from the iconic high banks of DAYTONA!
