TICKETS AT HOME
All admission tickets and camping passes will be delivered via Tickets @ Home. This provides fans the flexibility to display tickets on their mobile devices for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print tickets at home from a computer and printer.
Tickets will be available to download and/or print within 2 to 3 weeks of your event.
Below are instructions for accessing your tickets through your mobile device and computer. Please familiarize yourself with these instructions and save your tickets to your mobile device or print them out prior to your arrival to be ready before race day. As a best practice, you may also save your tickets in your digital wallet on Apple devices for easy access at the gate.
DOWNLOAD THE NASCAR TRACKS APP
- Accept the permission requests.
- Register using your Tickets.com email address.
- Select your favorite track.
- Visit the ‘EVENTS’ tab to LINK ACCOUNT.
- Select ‘Confirm’ to receive your email verification link.
- Once your email is confirmed, it will take about 5 minutes for your account to sync to the app.
- Refresh the ‘EVENTS’ tab to see your tickets!
- Click Here to Access Login Page
- Click SIGN UP button
- Complete the User Profile section and check the box at the bottom to accept the Terms & Conditions. The email address must match what was provided for the phone order.
- After completing the SIGN UP, you will have access to your tickets. Follow instructions Option 2 Step 4. above.
TICKETS @ HOME: COMPUTER ACCESS
1. Access your My Tickets account via the "LOG IN" button in the top right corner.
- If this is your first time logging in, please click Sign Up and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase
2. Log in to your My Tickets Account using your email address and password established upon initial account setup. If this is your first time logging in to your My Tickets account, please see additional instructions for establishing your account.
3. The following page will display, showing your upcoming events with the ability to view all available ticket inventory. Select “PRINT TICKETS” from the left side bar.
4. The following page will then display, showing the tickets you have for each event and an option to print them from your computer. Click the arrow next to the event, check the boxes next to each seat you’d like to print, and select "CONTINUE."
5. Review your selected seats, then select "PRINT TICKETS."
6. To print the tickets, check the "SELECT FOR PRINTING" checkbox for the ticket(s) which you want to print, then click the "VIEW & PRINT TICKETS" button.
7. A print window from your browser should open, and you can select "PRINT." The window should look similar to the screenshot below. If this window does not appear when you click "VIEW & PRINT TICKETS" in the previous step, please check your browser settings and turn off pop-up blocking.
Once the tickets print, you can close your browser; self-service printing is complete.

ENTRY GUIDE

All fans are allowed to bring their own food and beverages to every event
All fans are allowed to leave and re-enter by showing their valid ticket or credential
Smoking areas are located inside the venue - Smoking is not allowed in the seating areas
To provide everyone with a safe environment, the following policies will be in effect:
- All items brought through any venue admission gate will be subject to inspection
- The UNOH Fanzone abides by these same policies
- Outside food, beverages, and coolers are prohibited in any of the hospitality areas
- Daytona International Speedway is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
PERMITTED ITEMS INCLUDE:
- A maximum of two bags per person are allowed through the admission gates
- Backpacks, diaper bags, clutch bags, purses, camera bags, and fanny packs are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 18 x 18 x 14 inches
- Soft-sided coolers are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 14 x 14 x 14 inches
- A combination of any of the above-mentioned items will be allowed except for the soft-sided coolers which will be limited to one cooler per guest
- Sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray (aerosol, gel, or liquid forms)
- Pre-packaged and sealed food and beverage items in an approved bag or soft-sided cooler, including alcoholic beverages (no glass containers)
- Ice (dry ice is prohibited)
- Insulated cups (i.e. YETI, Tervis) – 64 oz. maximum
- Earplugs, ear muffs, or other types of hearing protection
- Cameras, binoculars, scanners, and headsets that can be worn over the neck, belt, or carried inside of one of the bags
- iPads, tablets, and laptop computers
- Seat cushions without metal components
- Seat cushions with zippers or pockets will be reviewed on an individual basis
- Cigarettes and lighters
- Strollers are admitted, but not in the seating areas
- Stroller storage areas are located at Guest Services booths inside the venue
- Blankets and additional clothing
- Service animals (pertaining to service dogs & service miniature horses only)
- Nationality flags attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick
- Flags may not obstruct any other fan’s view of the event
PROHIBITTED ITEMS INCLUDE:
- Hard-sided coolers regardless of size (styrofoam, plastic, metal, etc.)
- Any firearm
- Knives longer than 3 inches in length when closed or longer than 6 inches in length when open
- Utility tools (multi-purpose tool) with a knife blade longer than 3 inches
- Displays of the confederate flag
- Fireworks
- Glass or ceramic of any kind
- Dry Ice
- Umbrellas
- Fireworks, noisemakers, and air horns
- Laser pointers
- Aerosol cans (with the exception of sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray)
- Selfie Sticks
- Tripods and monopods (solid or collapsible)
- Illegal substances of any kind
- Seat cushions with metal components
- Collapsible chairs
- Wagons
- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s), also known as drones
- Frisbees, balloons, beach balls, or any other projectile
- Skateboards, hoverboards, roller skates, bicycles, or scooters
- Lockable bicycle rack is located outside each admission gate
- Obscene or indecent clothing
To expedite entrance into the facility, fans are encouraged to follow these procedures:

- Arrive at the Gates as early as possible
- Have your bags open prior to inspection
- Bring your items in a clear bag to speed up the checking process
Any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe may be refused at the discretion of security and management. These items are subject to change without notice. There are no provisions for checking and holding items deemed restricted. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Frontstretch seating is smoke free, including electronic cigarettes. We provide designated smoking areas throughout the facility where our fans who smoke may continue to do so. These locations are clearly marked with signage. Please see an Usher or Security Officer for assistance with directions to the nearest designated smoking area.
PET POLICY
We recognize pets are like family and want to make your visit to our Speedway the best ever. Since we do have many responsible fans and pet owners, we allow pets in our GEICO Park West and GEICO Infield RV & camping areas.
To make sure we are offering all of our guests the best experience we ask pet owners to follow these policies. If at any time these policies are not adhered to, we will request your pet to be boarded immediately.
- All pets must stay within your assigned camping spot; do not walk pets along roadways.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must dispose of their waste properly.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Please respect your neighbors.
- Excessive barking or aggressiveness is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in the garages or any restricted access areas.
Service Animals:
- The Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments.
- These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times.
- Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.
- Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.
CODE OF CONDUCT
To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests at Daytona International Speedway, the following code of conduct has been established. Each guest is responsible to:
- Show respect to all guests, Speedway employees and their property
REFRAIN from:
- Sitting in a reserved seat without the appropriate ticket
- Unruly, disruptive, verbally abusive, threatening or illegal behavior
- Foul, abusive or obscene language, gestures, acts, signs or their display on clothing
- Throwing objects within the venue or onto the racing surface
- Possession inside the property of items not allowed for gate entry
- Intoxication to the point of impairment or resulting in irresponsible behavior risking yourself or other guests
- Fighting, taunting, harassing or threatening other guests
- Displaying signage or flags that impede sightlines, the event broadcast or on-track competition or contain inappropriate, controversial, prejudicial, obscene or offensive symbols, slogans, language or imagery
- Any displays of the confederate flag
- Attempting to interfere with on-track competition
- Observe no smoking policy in all seating areas, inside the entry plaza admission gates, on the escalators or stairs, in elevators and general concourse areas. Smoking is only permitted in marked areas of the concourses
- Comply with all published camping rules
- Follow all instructions of Speedway personnel
- Comply with all local, state and federal law while on the Speedway property
- All persons entering the Speedway are subject to reasonable search to protect the safety of the public and to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct
- Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Speedway property, including the parking lots, without a written agreement with the Speedway
- The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around the Speedway property is not permitted under any circumstances. Persons caught selling tickets in violation may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to the Speedway revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Speedway ticket outlets only
Speedway management reserves the right to amend these items and has final determination in what is included in each.
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of guests who they have provided admissions to. If Speedway staff or Law Enforcement personnel need to respond to and intervene on any of the above prohibited behaviors, those found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. Violations may result in the loss of ticket renewal privileges to future events and/or arrest.
With your help, every guest will have a positive and memorable experience while visiting the World Center of Racing.

CAMPING POLICIES
Campgrounds are back to fully open for tent and RV camping! Shower facilities will be open and regularly sanitized, party sizes will no longer be limited, and FREE Wi-Fi is available in the infield and GEICO Park West camprgounds. A No In-Ground Fire Pits policy is enforced on DAYTONA property. Fans are welcome to bring a free-standing, above-ground fire pit, but are prohibited from building fire pits underground.

For your safety and to ensure all our guests enjoy their stay at Daytona International Speedway, we ask you to please obey the Speedway’s policies. If you have questions or need assistance during your stay, please visit any Guest Services booth, the Daytona Ticket & Tours Building, or call 386-681-4185 (between 6 a.m. and midnight each day). For emergencies, please call 386-681-3300.
- All tow vehicles and items need to fit within your reserved site and not impose neighboring sites or fire lanes.
Only self-contained RV’s are allowed to access GEICO RV camping areas.
For everyone’s safety, weapons (firearms, knives, etc.), fireworks, noisemakers, laser pointers and UAS’s (drones) are not allowed on Speedway property. - Mechanical lifts (scissor, boom, bucket, etc.) and free-standing scaffolding/platforms are prohibited. Viewing structures permanently attached and flush to the top of your vehicle will be allowed at the Speedway’s discretion.
Tractor-trailers, box trucks, motorcycles, ATVs, three-wheeled vehicles, powered carts, scooters, or non- permitted golf carts are not allowed on Speedway property. - Due to the amount of traffic within the infield, bicycles, roller-skates, skateboards, and hoverboards are prohibited. Cruising or hazardous driving will be asked to cease.
Fences/barriers (metal, plastic, etc.) and staking on asphalt surfaces are not allowed.
Sleeping tents are prohibited in the GEICO RV camping areas. Screen and tailgate tents will be allowed at the Speedway’s discretion. - The American Flag should be flown higher than lesser flags. If the flags are displayed on the same level, the American Flag should be flown to the (flag’s own) right of all other flags.
To avoid restricted views, fan flags in and around the infield must be lowered any time cars are on the track. Metal flagpoles are not allowed to be erected on Speedway property. Flagpoles are limited to 15ft maximum height. - Guests may be asked to remove any signage (including without limitation signage that is political, controversial or offensive in nature, or that is for commercial exploitation), cease and desist any activity, have signs and/or promotional materials confiscated, and/or have the guest’s space parking privileges revoked at the Speedway’s discretion.
Pets continue to be allowed inside the Infield. Please adhere to the following Speedway policies: - All pets must reside within your assigned parking spot.
- Pets must be tethered/leashed at all times, and should not be walked on roadways.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets and disposing of waste properly.
- Please respect your neighbors. Excessive barking or aggressiveness is prohibited.
- Only service dogs are permitted in the Venue and UNOH Fanzone.
- Potable water is provided throughout the infield near the restrooms for the exclusive purpose of filling your specialty vehicle water supply.
Dumping of waste or wastewater (gray water) will result in immediate ejection from the property, and offenders are subject to arrest. - Proper ventilation is required in specialty vehicles, campers and tents. Use caution when using generators, gas lights, stoves and heaters.
For our guests with RVs - it is recommended to use a rooftop exhaust ventilation system for your generator.” To our guests with hookups – Please be careful not to drive on or block the supply lines located on the rear portion of your parking area. Access must remain clear for repairs. - Generators are permitted. However, for the safety of our guests, we recommend turning off generators in the evening and directing exhaust away from enclosed areas to prevent harm to you or your neighbors. “Quiet Time” in all GEICO Camping areas will be observed each day from midnight to
6:00 AM. For evening events, “Quiet Time” will commence two hours post-event. Please - be kind to those camping around you. Excessive noise during the day will be addressed at the Speedway’s discretion.
In the GEICO Orange Campgrounds - No vehicles over 8 feet in height or 15 feet in length are permitted. Valid for tents, cars, pickup trucks, pop-ups and campers that do not exceed 8-foot height restriction. No motorhomes, box trucks or 5th wheels permitted. Scaffolding structures or platforms that are permanently attached (welded or bolted to the surface of your vehicle) and have a maximum standing height of 8 feet will be allowed at the discretion - of track management.
NO IN-GROUND FIRE PITS ON DAYTONA PROPERTY. Campers are welcome to bring free-standing above-ground fire pits, but are prohibited from building fire pits underground.
Reliable Onsite Services will be in each camping area from 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM daily. There will be no reservations or appointments. If your RV requires service, please flag down one of our service technicians to have it pumped. We recommend you begin looking for a truck when your tank is at 75% capacity. The price for a pump-out is $50.00 (cash only).
We also provide private restrooms for your sites. If you have a large group and don’t want the burden of having everyone use your RV restroom, the private restroom is what you need. Delivered to your campsite, the private restroom will be stocked with toilet paper and deodorizing chemicals, and the ability to be locked. The price for a private restroom is $90.00. Please see a service technician or call 904-450-4440 to reserve your restroom.
While you’re staying with us, please treat our home as if it were your own. Place cardboard, large or heavy items next to (not in) the trash barrels.
For recyclable cans and bottles, please use the red recycle cans scattered throughout the campgrounds.

A fleet of golf carts are utilized during major event days to assist disabled guests, free of charge, to certain destinations around property. The Assistance Golf Carts operate on a dedicated route across the Speedway's frontstretch, with pick up and drop off locations located near the Lot 1 and Lot 4 ADA accessible parking areas. Operating begins on Wednesday February 15th through Sunday February 19th across the Frontstretch from Bill France to AdventHealth Injector & servicing Tunnel 4.
