2025 DAYTONA 500 Grass Design Fan Vote Official Rules
RULE 1. ELIGIBILITY AND HOW TO VOTE
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. To vote for which grass design you want to see during the 2025 DAYTONA 500 on Sunday, February 16, 2025 (the “Event”), you must be a resident of the United States and visit https://www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/fanvote/(the “Website”) and follow the online instructions for voting. Voting begins at 9:00AM Eastern Time on October 30, 2024 and ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on November 8, 2024 (the “Voting Period”). During the Voting Period, you can vote by:
• Visiting the Website and following the links and instructions to complete and submit electronically.
RULE 2. PRIZES
No prizes will be awarded to voters.
RULE 3. VOTING PROCESS
To cast your vote, go to the Website to view the eligible grass design images (“Designs”) and select the ‘submit’ button for one (1) eligible “Design” (each ballot submission, a “Vote”). You may only submit one (1) vote per unique IP address. An IP address, or Internet Protocol address, is a series of numbers that identifies a device on the internet. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means may be void. The use of multiple name variations or other methods to create additional votes by a single individual during the Voting Period is prohibited. Violation of these terms and conditions may result in disqualification of the Vote from this Fan Vote as determined in the sole discretion of Daytona International Speedway, LLC d/b/a Daytona International Speedway (“DIS”).
RULE 4. VOTING RESULTS
Voting ends at 11:59PM Eastern Time on November 8, 2024. The one (1) “Design” that receives the most votes of the 2025 DAYTONA 500 Grass Design Fan Vote will be posted on the Website and the DIS Twitter, Facebook, Instagram accounts prior to the Event.
RULE 5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
All personally-identifiable information provided during the voting process will be treated in accordance with the https://www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/privacy-policy/ policy posted here https://www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/privacy-policy/ By participating, you agree to these rules, the https://www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/privacy-policy/, and the decisions of DIS, which shall be final and legally binding in all matters relating to this voting. Entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Daytona International Speedway, LLC, NASCAR Digital Media, LLC, NASCAR Enterprises, LLC, NASCAR, LLC, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, limited liability and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, members, agents and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from liability of any kind or nature for any loss, claims, damages, or injuries of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly form entrant’s participation in this vote. DIS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, cancel or suspend part or all voting should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of DIS corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the vote. Voting may also be temporarily suspended due to routine site, server or network maintenance. If cancelled or terminated early, DIS will determine the winner by tallying the votes that DIS, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of termination or cancellation. If suspended, DIS will determine the winner by tallying the votes that DIS, in its sole discretion, finds to be valid at the time of suspension and the votes accumulated when voting resumes. DIS is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, fraud, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, whether caused by DIS, participants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the promotion or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of submissions which may damage a user’s system or limit a participant’s ability to participate in the promotion. DIS may prohibit a participant from taking part in the vote or disqualify a participant’s vote if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said participant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Vote by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, or threaten any other participant or DIS representatives. Void where prohibited and subject to federal, state and local laws. In the event of a dispute regarding entries received from multiple users having the same e-mail account, the authorized subscriber of the e-mail account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant and must comply with these Official Rules. “Authorized account subscriber of the e-mail account” is the natural person who is assigned the e-mail address by the Internet Service Provider (ISP), on-line service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses.
CAUTION — ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE OF VOTING MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, DIS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH VOTER TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
