Scout Days returns once again to Daytona International Speedway as the infield will transform into a truly unique weekend-long camping retreat during the Roar Before the Rolex 24!
Boy and Girl Scouts will travel from all over to camp and participate in exciting activities like fishing on Lake Lloyd, scavenger hunts, track walks, and much more. In addition, they’ll receive up-close access to the teams and drivers from the IMSA’s WeatherTech SportsCar Championship, Michelin Pilot Challenge and Prototype Challenge racing series, sign the start/finish line, and walk the grid before the three-hour IMSA Prototype Challenge at the “World Center of Racing!”
Things To Know For Scout Days 2020
Scout Load In
Scout Load In begins at 11:00 am. Can’t make it early? Don’t worry. You’ll have access to move into the infield 24-hours a day throughout Scout Days weekend. Please remember, only ONE CAR should be parked per troop campsite inside the campgrounds. Parking for additional cars is provided in the dedicated Scout Parking area just outside the campground area. This helps us allow for more troops to camp together and helps minimize car traffic through the campgrounds.

Throughout the Roar Before the Rolex 24 weekend, Scouts have access to the IMSA WeatherTech Championship Series garage, observing the hard-working race teams and their high-performance vehicles in action as they prepare to take on the high banks of DAYTONA!
