Ticket Information

Admission Wristband: Each person in the group should have a digital ticket, which will be scanned upon arrival and exchanged for a weekend wristband. This is your ticket for the weekend; please make sure that you wear it throughout the event. Your wristband gives you access to all the locations and activities listed on the schedule, although some activities are limited and require advance registration

 Scout Days Tram Tours Ticket: 
A digital ticket is included in each package for one 30-minute Speedway Tour on Saturday from 9am – 3:30pm. Please print or display the digital ticket on a mobile device to take the tour.

 Scout Days Patch
Each scout will receive a 2022 Scout Days patch. Each scout unit leader may stop by the Group Sales tent located next to the Guest Services information booth in the Scout Campground to pick up your patches. This location will be open Friday (2pm – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 5pm) and Sunday (8am – 10am).

Infield Camping Information

Camping Locations: General Boy Scouts camping area will be in GEICO Grounds Orange and GEICO Grounds Green. The Girl Scouts-only camping area will be in GEICO Grounds Yellow Premium.  


Emergencies: 
If there is an on-property emergency, please call 386-681-3333. 


Campfire: 
Campfires are permitted in camping areas only.
                                                         


       Showers: 
The shower/restroom building will be open all weekend. 


Lights 
Out: 
At 11:00pm we ask that everyone return to the camping area and be courteous to others. 


Parent P
ick-Up: 
If a parent needs to pick up a scout early, they must go to the guard station located outside the turn 4 tunnel (with ID). The scout must be escorted out by their scout leader and the scout leader will need to verify that the parent is eligible to leave with the scout. 


I
nformation Booth: 
Located inside the Scout Days camping area, the information booth is where you can pick up event schedules, earn an exclusive Scout Days ribbon for your Unit, and receive the scavenger hunt information. 


One Car Per Spot:
 Help us keep the campgrounds organized and safe. Remember, one car per unit camping location will be permitted in the campgrounds. A separate parking credential will be provided for you to park all additional cars nearby in the infield.  

Important Event Information

Activities Requiring Advance Registration: We will host several activities on Saturday that require advance registration through the link below. Due to the limited number of participants available for these activities, each Scout Unit may only participate in one activity. Please complete the online registration form and a member of our team will reach out to the Unit Leader to confirm availability and provide additional details. Please note that once all sessions have been filled, the form will be turned off and completing the form does not guarantee participation. CLICK HERE TO ACCESS FORM  


  1. Stemwerx: 
    Have fun while learning engineering and science behind racing with hands on activities to introduce computer programming. Sessions will be held at 9:30am, 1:00pm and 4:00pm on Saturday in the BMW M Champions Club. Each session is limited to 100 participants and two (2) Adults per Unit.  

 

  1. Guided Garage Tours: Take a guided tour through the garage, including a stop at one team for a more in-depth look at how the teams prepare these machines as they get ready to hit the track! Michelin Pilot Challenge Garage Tours will take place at 1:30pm and the WeatherTech Championship Garage Tours will take place at 5:30pm. Sign up by completing the registration link above.   

 

  1. Tire Workshops: Curious to see the difference between racing tires and street tires? Check out our Michelin Tire Workshop, featuring a talk with one of the Michelin Tire specialists to learn more. Sign up required using the link above. Each session is limited to ten participants.   

 
Saturday Morning Track Walk: Before track activity on Saturday morning, we will open pit road and the frontstretch trioval for all Scout Days attendees. This unique opportunity will allow you to walk pit road and a portion of the track, as well as sign the start/finish line. The Track Walk is available from 7:30-8:30 am and you can access pit road through UNOH Fanzone. You must be on Pit Road no later than 8:15 am to participate.   


Pre-Race Access: 
Continuing a tradition that started in 2020, you will have access to pit road for an open grid fan walk prior to green flag of the IMSA Prototype Challenge endurance race. Walk the grid, get up close to the cars, talk to the drivers, and more! Pre-Race/Fan Walk access begins at approx.11:15am on Saturday. You can access pit road through UNOH Fanzone.   


Scout Days Open Garage & Autograph Session: 
Scout Days attendees will have access to the IMSA WeatherTech Championship Series garage beginning at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday and throughout the event. The IMSA Prototype Challenge autograph session will be from 10:15 am until 11 am under the FPL Solar Patio in UNOH Fanzone.  


Q&A Panels: 
Do you want to hear from some of the drivers and teams that will compete in the Rolex 24 At DAYTONA? Stop by the Driver’s Meeting Room, located just inside the UNOH Fanzone entrance, for one of two 30-minute Q&A sessions on Saturday. Session 1 is Driver Panel (IMSA Silly Season) at 12:30pm and Session 2 is Fan Forum: Rolex 24 Star Power at 2:00pm featuring drivers from some of the top IMSA WeatherTech Championship teams. Pre-registration is not required, and seating will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. MASKS ARE REQUIRED for this indoor activity.   


Saturday Night Movie: 
Cap off Saturday night with an exclusive showing of the 2017 animated film Cars 3, starting at 9:00pm inside the UNOH Fanzone outdoor area. You may bring your own chair as seating may be limited.    


Scout Days Unit Excellence Ribbon: 
Prove that you’re a top scouting unit and earn a special Scout Days ribbon for your unit flag. Pick up a ribbon worksheet from your camping area info booth on Friday or Saturday. Complete tasks like setting up your campsite and attending various programming to obtain the 75 points needed to earn a one-of-a-kind ribbon. Once you’ve finished, return the worksheet back to the nearest info booth before ribbons are awarded at 9am Sunday morning.  


Pinewood Derby: 
Pick up your pre-assembled derby car, decorate it however you like, and test your mettle against other Scouts units on Sunday morning at 8am on the UNOH Fanzone stage. Limit one car per unit and quantities are limited. Your scout unit leader may pick up a derby car at the Group Sales tent adjacent to the information booth near the scout campgrounds during the following times, while supplies last. Friday (2pm – 6pm) or Saturday (9am – 5pm)
