DAYTONA Supercross Renewal Deadline: September 22

Renewals for DAYTONA Supercross begin September 2nd! Our commitment to creating the best possible experience leading up to and during our events continues. This includes flexible payment plan options and a Worry-Free Guarantee for you, our most loyal renewal group. 

2021 ticket holders will have the first right to keep their same seat or campsite for this year's event. Renewal rights will be applied to the seat or campsite purchased prior to the social distance reseating process for the 2021 events. If you deferred your 2021 order to 2022, then your renewal order is locked in and completed; no further action is needed. 

  

The deadline to renew your tickets and/or camping for 2022 DAYTONA Supercross is September 22, 2021.

  • RENEWALS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE SEPTEMBER 22 DEADLINE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    Renew and Save. As always, renewal customers receive the lowest pricing on tickets, camping, The Roost, trackside access, trackside seating, parking and more.

    Payment Plans. No-Interest payment plans are available to help you spread your payments throughout the year. We are here to work with you to customize a plan that meets your personal needs. Fans wishing to take a little more time can put down $25 during the renewal period and defer their first payment until as late as October. Payments can be spread out, up to 4 installments, and the final payment plan date has been extended to January 20211.

    Worry-Free Guarantee. We understand these are uncertain times, so we created an option for this year that provides additional security for your renewal order. Whether it’s finances, travel concerns, health, or other life circumstances, if your plans change after renewing, we have you covered. To qualify, you must renew your account during the defined renewal period. Any request to take advantage of the Worry-Free Guarantee must be in writing and received no later than 60 days prior to DAYTONA Supercross. If your request is submitted and received by January 4, 2022, you will receive a 100% credit of the amount paid for use to a future Supercross event at Daytona International Speedway. Using this option offers no guarantee of renewal rights of reserved seats, camping or other items for 2023 events.

    Secure Your Seat. As a 2021 ticket holder or camper, you have the first right to keep your seat or campsite for next year’s event. $25 down ensures your spot at the 2022 DAYTONA Supercross. Renewal rights are based on your original purchase location.

    Priority Access with the Relocation Period. Looking to move up to a new section or relocated to a new campground? Find an aisle seat? Add premium parking? Renewal customers who renew also have priority access to upgrade and select from the best seating, camping and parking options during Relocations on September 23.

  • Ready to renew your tickets and want to do it online?

    For those logging in for the first time, please follow all of the instructions below to renew your experience.

    If you have logged in to our system in the past, log in using the Account ID or Email Address associated with your account and skip down to Step 3. Don't remember or know your Account ID or Password? Give our account team a call at 1-800-PITSHOP (1-800-748-7467) to receive that information.

    Follow the steps below to learn how to renew your tickets!

     

    Step 1: If this is your first time logging in, call us at 1-800-PITSHOP (748-7467) for your ACCOUNT ID and TEMPORARY PASSWORD.

    Step 2 (For First Time Users Only): Update your password and account information. You will use your email address and new password as your login information in the future.

    Step 3: Select your payment plan. You can choose to pay in full now, pay half now and half later or the four payment flex plan.

    Step 4: Select your delivery method. You can select mail, FedEx or to pick up your tickets at Will Call. Click on order details under your ticket item to see the location of your seats and more information on your order. You can choose to move your seats during the relocation and upgrade period by call 1-800-PITSHOP on June 3.

    Step 5: Select your payment method. Using the drop down, you can add a credit card to your digital wallet that you can use to pay for your tickets. You can also choose to add a different credit card to pay for your other payments if you chose a payment plan.

    Step 6: Scroll down to additional information and add your email address and mobile device where you will receive your order confirmation. Review your details to make sure everything is correct before submitting your renewal.

    Step 7: You'll receive your renewal and payment confirmation. Your confirmation number is located on the top left and you can see all of your payment schedule below as well as your delivery method. If you have any further questions or concerns, contact us at 1-800-PITSHOP.

    If you have credit on your account, you will be able to see this information under Credits & Payments when going through the renewal flow online.

    If the credit amount is enough to cover your entire renewal transaction, it will be noted on the screen.

  • TICKET DELIVERY JUST GOT EASIER 

    Admission tickets and camping passes will be delivered via Tickets @ Home. This feature provides fans the flexibility to display tickets on their mobile devices for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print tickets at home from a computer and printer.  

    Tickets will be available to download and/or print within 2 to 3 weeks of your event.  

    Below are instructions for accessing your tickets through your mobile device and computer. Please familiarize yourself with these instructions and save your tickets to your mobile device or print them out prior to your arrival to be ready before race day. PRO TIP: Save your tickets in your digital or Apple wallet for easy access at the gate.

    HOW TO PRINT TICKETS OR SAVE TO MOBILE DEVICE

    TICKETS @ HOME: MOBILE TICKETS 

    1. Log in to your My Tickets account.  

    1. If this is your first time logging in, please click Sign Up and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase.  

    1. Once you have accessed the tickets sales page, click on the menu () in the upper right corner.  

    1. Click on 'MY TICKETS' tile.  

    1. Log in to your account using the same username and password combination used to complete the purchase online (or set up your account).   

    1. Click the 'VIEW TICKET INVENTORY' tile at the bottom of the screen.  

    1. Click on the tile for the event you’d like to display your mobile ticket for.  

    1. Click on the 'SECTION ROW SEAT' indicator tile to display the barcode to be scanned for entry.  

    1. Add the ticket to your Apple or Digital Wallet for ease of access when entering the gate.  

    TICKETS @ HOME: COMPUTER ACCESS 

    1. Log in to your My Tickets account.  

    1. If this is your first time logging in, please click 'SIGN UP' and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase.  

    1. Click on the 'PRINT TICKETS’ link on the left sidebar.  

    1. Click the arrow on the left side of an event to see the ticket inventory for that event.  

    1. Use the checkboxes to select the tickets you wish to print.  

    1. Verify the selected tickets and click 'CONTINUE.'  

    1. Verify the information of the Print Tickets screen and click 'PRINT TICKETS.'  

    1. Click 'VIEW' and 'PRINT TICKETS,' or you also have the option to download the tickets to your digital wallet.  

    1. A new window should pop up with your printable ticket. Another window should pop up where you can select your printer and print the ticket.
