2021 ticket holders will have the first right to keep their same seat or campsite for this year's event. Renewal rights will be applied to the seat or campsite purchased prior to the social distance reseating process for the 2021 events. If you deferred your 2021 order to 2022, then your renewal order is locked in and completed; no further action is needed.
The deadline to renew your tickets and/or camping for 2022 Speedweeks and the DAYTONA 500 is May 28, 2021.

Renew and Save. As always, renewal customers receive the lowest pricing on tickets, camping, UNOH Fanzone/Pre-Race Access, parking and more.
Payment Plans. No-Interest payment plans are available to help you spread your payments throughout the year. We are here to work with you to customize a plan that meets your personal needs. Fans wishing to take a little more time can put down $25 during the renewal period and defer their first payment until as late as July. Payments can be spread out, up to 6 installments, and the final payment plan date has been extended to December 2021.
Payment Plan Options:
4-Part Payment Plan with payments on 7/15, 8/15, 9/15, and 10/15
6-Part Payment Plan with payments on 7/15, 8/15, 9/15, 10/15, 11/15 and 12/15
Worry-Free Guarantee. We understand these are uncertain times, so we created an option for this year that provides additional security for your renewal order. Whether it’s finances, travel concerns, health, or other life circumstances, if your plans change after renewing, we have you covered. To qualify, you must renew your account during the defined renewal period. Any request to take advantage of the Worry-Free Guarantee must be in writing and received no later than 60 days prior to the DAYTONA 500. If your request is submitted and received by December 20, 2021, you will receive a 100% credit of the amount paid for use to a future NASCAR event at Daytona International Speedway during the 2021 or 2022 season. Using this option offers no guarantee of renewal rights of reserved seats, camping or other items for 2023 events.
Secure Your Seat. As a 2021 ticket holder or camper, you have the first right to keep your seat or campsite for next year’s event. $25 down ensures your spot at the 2022 DAYTONA 500. Renewal rights are based on your original purchase location.
Priority Access with the Relocation Period. Looking to move up to a new section or relocated to a new campground? Find an aisle seat? Add premium parking? Renewal customers who renew also have priority access to upgrade and select from the best seating, camping and parking options during Relocations on June 3.

Ready to renew your tickets and want to do it online?
For those logging in for the first time, please follow all of the instructions below to renew your experience.
If you have logged in to our system in the past, log in using the Account ID or Email Address associated with your account and skip down to Step 2. Don't remember or know your Account ID or Password? Give our account team a call at 1-800-PITSHOP (1-800-748-7467) to receive that information.
If you have a current account, click LOG IN.
If you have never logged into your account before, use the SIGN UP button to link your email address to your account or call 1-800-PIT-SHOP to retrieve your temporary password.
If you have logged in before but do not remember your password, click Reset Password.
On the left side of the main account page, you will click RENEW/MAKE PAYMENTS.
On this page, you can claim your reservation, schedule payments, and make manual payments on your orders.
On the reservations screen, you will see all of your available reservations on your account that are available to renew.
Choose your Payment Option from the drop down -Select Payment Plan-
All available options will be listed for you ($25 down and 4 payments; Half now, half later; Pay in Full; etc.)
Click RENEW in the bottom right hand corner.
Select your Delivery Option.
On the installment Schedule page, select the Payment Method you want to use for the payments listed. If using the same Payment Method for all payments, you can click APPLY TO ALL PAYMENTS to set that automatically.
If you have more than one delivery address or email address on your account, you can choose which one to use.
Click CONTINUE in the bottom right hand corner to proceed.
The next page will show the payment due now, along with the remaining balance and service fees applied and any credits applied to the order.
This page will also give you the opportunity to make changes to your email address if needed.
On the bottom of the same page, please read the Terms and Conditions and select "I AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS".
Click Submit Payment to complete your purchase.
If you need to change the delivery, you can click GO BACK TO DELIVERY OPTIONS.
If you wish to cancel your purchase today, click CANCEL ORDER & EXIT.
This will take you back to the Reservations page. This WILL NOT release your renewal, you will still be able to renew through the renewal deadline of May 28, 2021.
Once you click SUBMIT PAYMENT, you will receive your confirmation email showing your purchase.

ACCOUNT CREDIT INFORMATION FOR RENEWALS
If you have credit on your account, you will be able to see this information under Credits & Payments when going through the renewal flow online.
If the credit amount is enough to cover your entire renewal transaction, it will be noted on the screen.

Absolutely! We offer two flexible payment plan options to suit your needs. Defer your first payment until July 15, 2021 with a $25 down payment by the May 28, 2021 deadline, with extended options through December 15, 2021 for more flexibility!
Flexible 4-part plan:

- First 25% of remaining balance due on July 15, 2021
- Second 25% due on August 15, 2021
- Third 25% due on September 15, 2021

TICKET DELIVERY JUST GOT EASIER
Admission tickets and camping passes will be delivered via Tickets @ Home. This feature provides fans the flexibility to display tickets on their mobile devices for non-contact entry at the gates or the ability to print tickets at home from a computer and printer.
Tickets will be available to download and/or print within 2 to 3 weeks of your event.
Below are instructions for accessing your tickets through your mobile device and computer. Please familiarize yourself with these instructions and save your tickets to your mobile device or print them out prior to your arrival to be ready before race day. PRO TIP: Save your tickets in your digital or Apple wallet for easy access at the gate.

HOW TO PRINT TICKETS OR SAVE TO MOBILE DEVICE
TICKETS @ HOME: MOBILE TICKETS
Log in to your My Tickets account.
If this is your first time logging in, please click Sign Up and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase.
Once you have accessed the tickets sales page, click on the menu (☰) in the upper right corner.
Click on 'MY TICKETS' tile.
Log in to your account using the same username and password combination used to complete the purchase online (or set up your account).
Click the 'VIEW TICKET INVENTORY' tile at the bottom of the screen.
Click on the tile for the event you’d like to display your mobile ticket for.
Click on the 'SECTION ROW SEAT' indicator tile to display the barcode to be scanned for entry.
Add the ticket to your Apple or Digital Wallet for ease of access when entering the gate.
TICKETS @ HOME: COMPUTER ACCESS
Log in to your My Tickets account.
If this is your first time logging in, please click 'SIGN UP' and create your account using the same email address and info you provided during purchase.
Click on the 'PRINT TICKETS’ link on the left sidebar.
Click the arrow on the left side of an event to see the ticket inventory for that event.
Use the checkboxes to select the tickets you wish to print.
Verify the selected tickets and click 'CONTINUE.'
Verify the information of the Print Tickets screen and click 'PRINT TICKETS.'
Click 'VIEW' and 'PRINT TICKETS,' or you also have the option to download the tickets to your digital wallet.
A new window should pop up with your printable ticket. Another window should pop up where you can select your printer and print the ticket.
