To provide everyone with a safe environment, the following policies will be in effect:
- All items brought through any venue admission gate will be subject to inspection
- The Hard Rock Bet Fanzone abides by these same policies
- Outside food, beverages, and coolers are prohibited in any of the hospitality areas
- Daytona International Speedway is not responsible for any lost or damaged items
PERMITTED ITEMS INCLUDE:
- A maximum of two bags per person are allowed through the admission gates
- Backpacks, diaper bags, clutch bags, purses, camera bags, and fanny packs are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 18 x 18 x 14 inches
- Soft-sided coolers are permitted as long as they do not exceed a maximum size of 14 x 14 x 14 inches
- A combination of any of the above-mentioned items will be allowed except for the soft-sided coolers which will be limited to one cooler per guest
- Sunscreen, sunblock, hand sanitizer, and bug spray (aerosol, gel, or liquid forms)
- Pre-packaged and sealed food and beverage items in an approved bag or soft-sided cooler, including alcoholic beverages (no glass containers)
- Ice (dry ice is prohibited)
- Insulated cups (i.e. YETI, Tervis) – 64 oz. maximum
- Earplugs, ear muffs, or other types of hearing protection
- Cameras, binoculars, scanners, and headsets that can be worn over the neck, belt, or carried inside of one of the bags
- iPads, tablets, and laptop computers
- Seat cushions without metal components
- Seat cushions with zippers or pockets will be reviewed on an individual basis
- Cigarettes and lighters
- Strollers are admitted, but not in the seating areas
- Designated stroller parking will be available throughout the grandstands on a first come, first serve basis. For more information on the location of these areas, please visit your nearest Guest Services Booth.
- Blankets and additional clothing
- Service animals (pertaining to service dogs & service miniature horses only)
- Nationality flags attached to a pencil-sized wooden stick
- Flags may not obstruct any other fan’s view of the event

- Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV’s), also known as drones

- Lockable bicycle rack is located outside each admission gate
- Obscene or indecent clothing
To expedite entrance into the facility, fans are encouraged to follow these procedures:

- Have your bags open prior to inspection
- Bring your items in a clear bag to speed up the checking process
Any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe may be refused at the discretion of security and management. These items are subject to change without notice. There are no provisions for checking and holding items deemed restricted. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gates. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.

NO SMOKING POLICY
Frontstretch seating is smoke free, including electronic cigarettes. We provide designated smoking areas throughout the facility where our fans who smoke may continue to do so. These locations are clearly marked with signage. Please see an Usher or Security Officer for assistance with directions to the nearest designated smoking area.
PET POLICY
We recognize pets are like family and want to make your visit to our Speedway the best ever. Since we do have many responsible fans and pet owners, we allow pets in our GEICO Park West and GEICO Infield RV & camping areas.
To make sure we are offering all of our guests the best experience we ask pet owners to follow these policies. If at any time these policies are not adhered to, we will request your pet to be boarded immediately.
- All pets must stay within your assigned camping spot; do not walk pets along roadways.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must dispose of their waste properly.
- Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
- Please respect your neighbors.
- Excessive barking or aggressiveness is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in the garages or any restricted access areas.
Service Animals:
- The Speedway recognizes the importance of service animals in assisting guests with visual and other impairments.
- These animals are welcomed throughout the property, but must remain leashed and harnessed at all times.
- Guests are required to bring their own pet waste disposal bags.
- Guests who bring service animals may request wheelchair seating to accommodate the service animals safely and comfortably.
CODE OF CONDUCT
To ensure a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests at Daytona International Speedway, the following code of conduct has been established. Each guest is responsible to:
- Show respect to all guests, Speedway employees and their property
REFRAIN from:
- Sitting in a reserved seat without the appropriate ticket
- Unruly, disruptive, verbally abusive, threatening or illegal behavior
- Foul, abusive or obscene language, gestures, acts, signs or their display on clothing
- Throwing objects within the venue or onto the racing surface
- Possession inside the property of items not allowed for gate entry
- Intoxication to the point of impairment or resulting in irresponsible behavior risking yourself or other guests
- Fighting, taunting, harassing or threatening other guests
- Displaying signage or flags that impede sightlines, the event broadcast or on-track competition or contain inappropriate, controversial, prejudicial, obscene or offensive symbols, slogans, language or imagery
- Any displays of the confederate flag
- Attempting to interfere with on-track competition
- Observe no smoking policy in all seating areas, inside the entry plaza admission gates, on the escalators or stairs, in elevators and general concourse areas. Smoking is only permitted in marked areas of the concourses
- Comply with all published camping rules
- Follow all instructions of Speedway personnel
- Comply with all local, state and federal law while on the Speedway property
- All persons entering the Speedway are subject to reasonable search to protect the safety of the public and to ensure compliance with this Code of Conduct
- Items intended for sale or trade may not be brought onto Speedway property, including the parking lots, without a written agreement with the Speedway
- The unauthorized resale of tickets in, on or around the Speedway property is not permitted under any circumstances. Persons caught selling tickets in violation may have their tickets and their right to future tickets to the Speedway revoked. To avoid using counterfeit or stolen tickets, please purchase tickets through authorized Speedway ticket outlets only
Speedway management reserves the right to amend these items and has final determination in what is included in each.
Guests are responsible for their own behavior and the behavior of guests who they have provided admissions to. If Speedway staff or Law Enforcement personnel need to respond to and intervene on any of the above prohibited behaviors, those found to be in violation of this Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection without refund. Violations may result in the loss of ticket renewal privileges to future events and/or arrest.

ASSISTANCE GOLF CARTSÂ
A fleet of golf carts are utilized during major event days to assist disabled guests, free of charge, to certain destinations around property. The Assistance Golf Carts operate on a dedicated route across the Speedway's frontstretch, with pick up and drop off locations located near the Lot 1 and Lot 4 ADA accessible parking areas. Operating begins on Thursday August 24th through Saturday August 26th across the Frontstretch from Bill France to AdventHealth Injector & servicing Tunnel 4.

There is WiFi available at Daytona International Speedway throughout the Midway, Grandstands and Hard Rock Bet Fanzone. The WiFi in the Midway and Grandstands is #Daytona_GuestWifi and the WiFi in the Hard Rock Bet Fanzone DIS_Fan_Wifi. To connect, select one of the aforementioned networks. After the log-in screen appears, join the network using a NASCAR account, social media account, or create a new account.
The infield can be accessed through the Turn 1 tunnel via Gate 40 on Williamson Blvd, or the Turn 4 tunnel, which is only open during event time.
Infield/camping admissions are required to access the infield during event time.
Crossover gates for pre-race ceremonies access are open for all fans who have purchased Fanzone passes for that day's event.
To assist you in locating your seats, we have included the recommended gate entrance closest to your section in the grid below. Please refer to the facility map for gate locations.

- Toyota Gate: Sections 122-135, 326-339, 426-439
- Axalta Gate: Sections 136-156, 340-362, 440-462
- Chevrolet Gate: Sections 157-170, 363-378, 463-478
- AdventHealth Gate: Sections 171-184, 379-395, 479-495
- Trioval Club, High Banks & Midway Suite guests should enter at the Hospitality & Trioval Club gate located at the Axalta Injector.
- Rolex 24 Lounge, Sky Suite & France Suite customers should enter at the Ally Suite Tower gate located at the Axalta Injector.
We have also established assigned entry times, based on your seat location. This information will be communicated in our pre-event emails closer to the event and posted on our website.
Signage is available throughout the frontstretch concourses to assist you in locating your seat. You can also download the DIS mobile app for directions, check out our facility maps at www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/maps or ask a Guest Services Fan Crew member to assist you.
Access to the start finish line and pre-race ceremonies is open to all fans who have purchased a Fanzone pass for that day's event.
Pit road access during race time is limited to VIP Pass holders, and NASCAR hard card holders.
Mobil 1 Victory Lane access is limited to fans who have DAYTONA 500 Club admissions.
Restrooms are located on every concourse level within the venue and signage will direct you to the nearest restroom. You may also view our Concourse Maps on www.daytonainternationalspeedway.com/maps or posted throughout the concourses if you are in the venue. Finally, you may check with a Guest Services Information Desk for assistance from our Fan Crew.
All concessions and the DIS Ticket Office are Cashless. We accept all major credit cards – American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
A limited number of merchandise locations are available throughout the concourses of the venue and outside the in the midway near the Axalta injector.. Visitors to DAYTONA throughout the year can also visit the Pit Shop located inside the DIS Ticket & Tours Building at the corner of Bill France Blvd. and International Speedway Blvd.
The new seats are now 20 or 21 inches wide. We have a limited number of seats with moveable arm rests. If you want to purchase one of these seats, please call 1-800-PITSHOP to speak with a ticket agent.
As a direct result of fan feedback, frontstretch seating at Daytona International Speedway continues to be smoke free, including electronic cigarettes. All ticketed fans are allowed to exit and re-enter the property during all events. Upon exit, have your ticket scanned out, and then scanned in upon re-entry. Fans with bags will have their bag searched every time they re-enter. If you are camping with us, your infield wristband and parking pass attached to your tow vehicle will allow you to leave and re-enter the property. If you leave, however, with your pop-up, RV, etc. you will not be allowed to re-enter.

FOOD & BEVERAGE
For the Rolex 24, fans can find various concession options in the venue, Infield Midway and Fanzone.  Venue concessions will vary each day; please check with a Guest Services Information Booth for the most up to date concession schedule. The Infield Midway, across from the Boardwalk Club, will feature a variety of options including Pie Daddy, Fuelspresso, Pizza, Wing King and more! The Fanzone will feature options including Stoked Poke, Vara’s Racing Steak, R&R BBQ, Doc Popcorn and Zeny’s. Your favorite Anheuser-Busch beverages will be available at the Bud Bistro, Draft Trailer and portable beverage carts throughout Fanzone.
For NASCAR events, concessions and unique food options will be open throughout the Venue and may change based on the event day. Tri-Oval Club customers enjoy exclusive pricing on all concessions within the Tri-Oval Club. Please check with a Guest Services Information Booth for the most up to date concession opening schedule. The Fanzone will also feature a variety of food & beverage options each day, including the Bud Bistro, Zeny’s Fan Favorites and more. Check back closer to the event for an updated list.

TRANSPORTATION & PARKING
FREE parking is available for most of Daytona International Speedway events. Lots vary by event, so please refer to the directions & parking page on our site for specific parking details for the event you are planning to attend.
Turn your dial to Daytona's NASCAR Connection - WNDB on 1150AM & 93.5FM before and after the event for the latest traffic information. The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) offers advice for navigating Florida roadways on the way to the DAYTONA 500 by dialing 511, Florida's free traffic information system. Information available through the 511 system includes travel delays, traffic crashes, roadway blockages and lane closures. Once in the Daytona area, callers can get detailed regional information on roads leading to the Speedway, such as I-4 and I-95. The Lot 1 Tram Plaza located near the AdventHealth Injector gate provides direct routes to the infield and Hard Rock Bet Fanzone, as well as Lot 6 parking.
