TICKET DELIVERY OPTIONS | DAYTONA INT. SPEEDWAY

Important information for remaining 2025 events: your ticket and account management is moving to Ticketmaster. You will need to log in or sign up with the same email address as your prior Daytona International Speedway account when accessing your account for the first time this year.

With this update, you may access your tickets for Daytona's weekend the following ways. Please note tickets will be available 2-3 weeks prior to race weekend, and you may not see them until then. You can navigate to MY EVENTS in your account to confirm your order is in place.

Select Daytona International Speedway as your favorite track
Select 'MY TICKETS' in the bottom menu
Log in or sign up for your Daytona International Speedway account using the same email as your prior Daytona International Speedway account
Add your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy entry on race day
You can also transfer your tickets to other members of your group from this screen

Accessing, logging in, and transferring mobile tickets via the NASCAR Tracks app:

Login to Your Account

Step 1 – Download the official NASCAR Tracks app and sign up or log in.
Step 2 – Select MY TICKETS from the primary menu bar.
Step 3 – Log in using the email address and password associated with your Track/Ticketmaster ticket account.
- These credentials may be different from the ones used to sign into the track app.

Access Your Tickets

Step 1 – From the MY TICKETS page in the app, tap on your event to view your ticket, then tap BARCODE.
Step 2 – At the gate, have your ticket open and ready to go. Simply tap, scan, and go to enter.
- If entering with a group, you can transfer their tickets within the app using the TRANSFER button.
Step 3 – To avoid connectivity issues at the venue, it is recommended to add your tickets to your phone’s digital wallet.
- You can then access your tickets via your phone’s lock screen or digital wallet at all times, regardless of connectivity.

Transfer Your Tickets

Step 1 – From the app, tap on your event to view your ticket, then tap TRANSFER.
Step 2 – Select the tickets you want to transfer.
Step 3 – Enter your recipient’s information, tap TRANSFER TICKETS, and you’re all set.

Important Recommendation

It is highly recommended to transfer tickets before race day to ensure a smooth race day experience.
When transferring tickets, you will receive two (2) emails:
- One confirming your tickets have been sent.
- Another when the recipient accepts the tickets.
The recipient will also receive an email or SMS prompt to accept the tickets.
Once a ticket transfer is accepted, the tickets will no longer be available in your account, and you won’t be able to use them for event entry.
Recipients must have a Ticketmaster account or create one when prompted.

Using your mobile device:
Log in or sign up for your Daytona International Speedway account using the same email as your prior Daytona International Speedway account
Navigate to 'MY EVENTS' in the menu
Add your tickets to your mobile wallet for easy entry on race day
You can also transfer your tickets to other members of your group from this screen

TICKETMASTER ACCOUNT INFO

If you have an existing Ticketmaster account AND your existing Ticketmaster account email is the same as your existing Daytona International Speedway account, simply log in using your existing Ticketmaster details

OR if your existing Ticketmaster account email is different from your Daytona International Speedway account:

Click Sign Up at top of the log in box
Create your Ticketmaster account using the same email as your existing Daytona International Speedway account
If this will leave you with two different Ticketmaster accounts, you may contact us to have them linked, but your initial account creation must use the same email address as your existing Daytona International Speedway account
